Responsibilities

This position sells, plans and executes contracted group programs traveling to Aruba. The job involves creating proposals and closing contracts as well as executing group programs to meet customer expectations.

Key qualifications

•  Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business or Communication
• Minimum 3 years of hospitality sales and operations experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Exceptional time management and organization
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
• Able to speak and write English proficiently
• Be flexible in working hours an days (including holidays, weekends and evenings)
• Solid understanding of full scope of DMC services
