Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing, you will lead the overall marketing strategy for De Palm Tours, driving brand growth, revenue generation, digital innovation, and customer engagement across a diverse portfolio of 25+ tourism products and experiences.
You will work closely with executive leadership, including the CEO, CFO, Director of Sales, and Operations teams, to create impactful campaigns, maximize bookings, and position De Palm Tours as a leading tourism brand in the Caribbean.
This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven, and creative leader who can inspire teams, elevate brand presence, and deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, and KPI development
Present strategic performance insights to executive leadership
Drive innovation through AI, analytics, automation, and emerging marketing trends
Brand & Revenue Growth
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, traditional, PR, influencer, and experiential channels
Oversee brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and booking platforms
Drive measurable revenue growth through strategic marketing investments
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and promotional strategies
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing department
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional growth of marketing talent
Commercial & Financial Accountability
Own and manage the marketing budget with ROI-focused decision making
Monitor revenue performance and optimize campaigns proactively
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to maximize commercial outcomes
Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior leadership
Key requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
6–8+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles
Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, PR, social media, and campaign management
Proven success driving revenue growth and leading teams of 10+ employees
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, CRM platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and marketing dashboards
Fluent in English (Spanish and/or Papiamento preferred)
