This position is responsible for passenger service, the collection of transfer vouchers purchased through the internet or travel agents and distribution of the return transfer yellow tickets to these passengers. Also assists when necessary with other transfers for our specialty services and private transfers.
- Meets and greets guests at the arrival hall of the airport and makes sure to guide them to De Palm Tours buses.
- Makes sure that guests have proper documentation prior to taking the scheduled transfers to their respective hotels.
- Customers with discrepancies in vouchers will be directed to the airport office supervisor or coordinator on duty immediately to avoid long lines.
Minimum EPB or equivalent
Must be able to speak in English and Spanish Papiamento and Dutch is a plus
