Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.
• Regularly report sales activity and progress to the Sales Manager.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and adherence to legal guidelines in all dealings.

Required Qualifications

• H.A.V.O. or equivalent.
• At 1 year of proven track record in a sales role, preferably within the industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in using software and other sales tools.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Papiamento, Dutch and German languages are a plus.
