The Tour Guide, under the Captain's guidance, ensures safe, high-quality semi-submersible tours for Seaworld Explorer guests. This role includes providing tour commentary, performing Deckhand and Diver functions, and conducting quality Bus tour & Seaworld Explorer tours with scripts and accompanying music.

Required Experience and/or Education:

• Education: Minimum EPB or equivalent qualification, or a combination of education and experience that equips you with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience, including guest interaction.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento.
• Skills: Effective communication, both oral and written, and demonstrated customer service skills.
