As a At Your Service (AYS) Representative at Secrets Resort Baby Beach you play a central role in curating memorable guest experiences. Acting as a concierge and guest service agent, this role handles everything from reservations and special requests to promoting on-island tours and excursions. The AYS Representative provides personalized, high-level service, ensuring every guest's stay is smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay. 
• Assist with dining, spa, transportation, and activity reservations. 
• Act as a hotel concierge, providing local information, insider tips, and personalized recommendations. 
• Promote and sell tours, excursions, and other resort experiences tailored to guest preferences. 
• Coordinate and confirm guest itineraries, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, in-person, and digital messaging platforms. 
• Proactively follow up on guest feedback and special requests. 
• Maintain thorough knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and service offerings. 
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience. · Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Minimum 1 year of experience in guest services, concierge, or hospitality role.
• Strong sales skills and confidence in promoting resort experiences and excursions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach. 
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for exceptional service. 
• Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are a strong asset. 
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
