We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Animal Welfare Lead Ranger to join our De Palm Island team! In this role, you'll ensure the health and safety of our flamingos, turtles, and future animal exhibits. You’ll manage daily care routines, supervise animal habitats, interact with guests, and support our sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and care for animal habitats (flamingos, turtles, etc.)
• Manage feeding schedules, supplies, and veterinary needs
• Interact with guests and lead educational sessions
• Support daily island operations and emergency response
• Uphold high safety and sustainability standards

Qualifications:

• MBO or equivalent education
• 2+ years experience in hospitality
• Strong interest in animal care
• Excellent communication skills (English, Papiamento, Spanish; Dutch is a plus)
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
