Responsibilities:

• Provide waivers and conduct safety briefings for guests before issuing non-motorized water sports equipment

• Ensure the safety of kayak guests while they are out on the ocean

• Assist guests with non-motorized equipment (kayaks, paddle boards, etc.)

• Clean and maintain equipment daily

• Maintain inventory and report to the retail manager

• Provide information about De Palm Tours activities and refer guests to the concierge or activity desk

• Operate the dinghy safety boat when needed

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and employee handbook guidelines

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum EPB or equivalent

• Kleinvaarbewijs is a must

• Minimum 1 year of experience in selling

• Must communicate clearly in English and Spanish

• Customer-focused & service-minded

• Positive attitude

• Flexible & team player

• Strong communication skills
