Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests during arrival, check-in, and boarding
Manage guest flow during busy periods and support smooth operations
Perform walk-in ticket sales and handle cash, credit card, and voucher transactions accurately
Provide information about island activities, dining options, rules, and upgrades
Support guest engagement on the island, including VIP services and special groups
Use digital tools for check-in, scanning, and guest feedback
Maintain a professional appearance and deliver service with a genuine smile
Requirements:
Education: Minimum M.A.V.O or equivalent
Experience: At least 1 year in tourism; guest service experience is a plus
Languages: English, Spanish, Dutch, Papiamento (Portuguese is a plus)
Skills:
Strong communication and customer-service mindset
Responsible cash handling and basic sales skills
Team player with problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working outdoors and speaking to groups
Basic computer and administrative skills
Willingness to learn and use digital and CRM tools
