Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude

• Provide information about food, beverages, and island services

• Support operations in the buffet restaurant, bar, and snack outlets

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas and public spaces

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

• Deliver beverages to private cabanas and premium areas

• Replenish service items (cups, napkins, utensils, etc.)

• Ensure all guest areas are safe, organized, and inviting

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

• Support the team during peak hours and special events

• Handle guest requests professionally

• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

·         Basic Food & Beverage knowledge

·         Must communicate clearly in English & Spanish (required) Dutch (a plus)

• Strong customer service skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic

• Energetic with a positive, team-oriented mindset

• Willingness to learn and grow within the department

• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance

• Valid work permit & DVG (green card)

• Own transportation
