Part-Time Meet & Assist

With over 25 years of experience, De Palm Tours' Destination Management Company (DMC) team creates unforgettable and authentic experiences for our corporate clients.
We're looking for someone to join our dynamic DMC department as a Meet & Assist role that's all about making guests feel special from the moment, they arrive to the time they depart.

Key qualifications

• MAVO or equivalent

• Able to speak English fluently, Spanish and Papiamento is a plus

• Able to work independently, as well as in a team setting

• In possession of a driver's license is a plus

• Outgoing and friendly personality

• Able to communicate well

• Flexible with working hours, weekends and official holidays,

Responsibilities

• Arrivals, Airport meet and greet

• Assist with activity preparations

• Assist with group transfer dispatches

• Represent the DMC department during excursions

• DMC host during dine arounds

• Departures

• And other duties as assigned.
