Payroll Compliance Coordinator
Join us as Payroll Compliance Coordinator: ensure accurate, compliant payroll, support teammates, and grow in an inclusive, collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
Manage new hires, mutations and terminations in Payroll Pro in accordance to the requisition
Handle payroll grievances.
Manage the absenteeism/sick leave process by e.g., reviewing sick days recorded on the time sheets, double checking if sick leave policy has been adhered to, communicating with managers and or team members when the policy is not being adhered to and advises on the actions to be taken.
Contact team members who are on long sick leave on a regular basis to check how they are doing and to ensure they are complying with the policy.
Prepare and maintain People Department and Payroll monthly reports e.g., sickness report, turnover report, team member monthly overview report, vacation balance report, any other payroll reports necessary for People department decision making etc.
Education: Minimum HAVO or equivalent. Payroll Pro and HRM certification is a must.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working on payroll. Experience in H.R. is a plus.
Languages: English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento.
Skills: Can work independently, advanced computer skills, service minded, positive attitude, excellent human relations and communication skills, team player, flexible, problem-solving skills, highly organized and neat.
