As an At Your Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests at the airport, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure at the airport

• Assist with luggage coordination and ground transportation

• Provide information about resort services and amenities

• Communicate guest arrival details to the airport team in real time

• Prepare and distribute welcome packages for daily arrivals

• Review daily arrival manifests to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Provide guests with welcome packages and a brief overview of key information

• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly

• Maintain a polished and professional appearance

• Follow company and departmental policies and procedures

• Adhere to team member handbook guidelines

• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
  

Key Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written)

• Dutch and Papiamento are a plus

• Ability to work independently

• Pleasant and professional personality

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
