We’re looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Towel Hut Attendant to join our team at De Palm Tours. You’ll help manage towel inventory, provide activity information, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the towel hut as per scheduled shift

• Control towels received from the laundry and issue them to guests

• Maintain towel stock and liaise with Laundry Department

• Issue promotional materials for De Palm Tours activities

• Keep the towel hut and surrounding areas clean

• Provide exceptional, friendly service to resort guests

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and employee guidelines

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum EPB or equivalent

• Experience: Limited customer service experience, knowledge of Aruba activities

• Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish

• Skills: Customer service skills, positive attitude, team player, flexible
