Responsibilities:

• Ensuring punctuality and reporting absences or delays to the Operations Manager Watersport.
• Facilitating effective communication between crew and captains.
• Creating a safe, professional atmosphere onboard.
• Creating a fun atmosphere onboard.
• Coaching crew on sailing, safety, and maintenance procedures
• Managing inventory and cleanliness of the vessel
• Assisting with cost control and maintenance planning
• Overseeing onboard safety, customer service, and mechanical reporting
• Supporting daily check-ins, boarding, and incident reporting
• Adapting to flexible schedules for private charters
• Following company policies, procedures, and employee guidelines
• Performing additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum E.P.B. or equivalent.
• License: Kleinvaarbewijs (required).
• Experience: 2+ years sailing & snorkel instruction.
• Languages: English, Spanish, Papiamento (Dutch is a plus).
• Skills: Strong swimmer (including rescue), leadership, communication, customer-focused, flexible, team player.
• Green Card (is a plus).
