 Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist arriving guests at the airport

  • Guide guests to De Palm Tours buses and transfer areas

  • Verify travel and transfer documentation

  • Assist guests with professionalism and a positive attitude

  • Support smooth airport operations and guest experiences

  • Follow company procedures and service standards

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum EPB or equivalent

  • Experience: No previous work experience required

  • Languages: Fluent in English & Spanish, Papiamento, and Dutch are a plus

  • Skills: We are looking for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, a positive attitude, flexibility, dependability, and the ability to work energetically as part of a team.
