We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing digital marketing activities, including social media, websites, email campaigns, online advertisements, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate online marketing materials and digital content, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
Plan, coordinate, and support photo shoots and video productions, including scheduling, creative briefs, shot lists, and logistics.
Serve as the main point of contact for photographers and videographers, ensuring timely delivery of content and adherence to quality standards.
Follow up with creative partners to ensure photos, videos, and other digital assets are completed according to deadlines and brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain content calendars for social media channels and digital campaigns.
Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and online activations aligned with marketing objectives.
Upload, schedule, and publish content across various digital platforms.
Ensure websites and online platforms are updated with accurate information, visuals, and engaging content.
Monitor digital campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing Supervisor and/or Marketing Manager.
Maintain a consistent brand identity and tone of voice across all digital channels.
Create engaging copy for social media posts, advertisements, captions, and basic website content.
Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, including photos, videos, and creative files.
Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Marketing Manager and Marketing Supervisor as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum MBO/EPI degree or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content coordination, or a similar role.
Proficiency in:
Adobe Creative Cloud programs
Microsoft Office Suite
Social media management tools and digital marketing platforms
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento (verbal and written). Dutch is considered an asset
Possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, with a creative mindset, excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, effective communication and follow-up skills, advanced computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a flexible, proactive, solution-oriented, and positive team-oriented approach.
