As our Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the center of our transportation operation, leading daily bus activities, supporting drivers, coordinating across departments, and ensuring every guest journey starts and ends with exceptional service. Your leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills will help keep our operation moving safely, efficiently, and seamlessly.

Qualifications:

• M.A.V.O. diploma or equivalent

• Age 25+ with a valid driver’s permit (D-license is a big plus!)

• At least 1 year of experience in the experience or hospitality industry

• Previous experience as a Bus Driver is a plus

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Dutch and Papiamento are a bonus)

Responsibilities:

At the Base Station:

• Oversee and supervise all Base Station activities

• Manage driver schedules and handle sudden changes

• Communicate professionally with guests and departments

• Register transfer confirmations and assist with requests

• Keep the monthly calendar updated and assist Reservations

• Ensure accurate data collection & reporting

At the Main Office:

• Track and report any bus damages

• Ensure on-time driver departures

• Check hotel logbooks for timely pickups

• Coordinate bus and driver availability

• Perform spot checks and monitor route compliance

• Collaborate with Maintenance to keep buses in top shape

• Support at the Cruise Terminal when needed

General Duties:

• Promote team spirit and open communication

• Lead by example and support company policies

• Be flexible – step in as Bus Driver or Tour Guide when needed

• Comply with annual drug test requirements

• Take on other tasks as assigned
