Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests at the airport and guide them to the correct buses.
• Assist guests with information, fulfilling their needs and requests.
• Help clients with luggage when needed, especially elderly or those with small children.
• Prepare and distribute Welcome envelopes; schedule a welcome meeting.
• Contact customers via email or phone during their stay.
• Adhere to employee handbook rules and guidelines.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Key Qualifications

• MAVO or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to speak English fluently, Spanish, and Papiamento.
• Able to work independently, pleasant personality, good communications skills
