Internal Base Station Operations Coordinator

As a heartbeat of our transportation operations, you’ll ensure smooth bus transfers, coordinate with departments, support drivers, and help deliver outstanding service to every guest.

Qualifications:

• M.A.V.O. diploma or equivalent
• Age 25+ with a valid driver’s permit (D-license is a big plus!)
• At least 1 year of experience in the experience or hospitality industry
• Previous experience as a Bus Driver is a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Dutch and Papiamento are a bonus)

Responsibilities:

At the Base Station:

• Oversee and supervise all Base Station activities
• Manage driver schedules and handle sudden changes
• Communicate professionally with guests and departments
• Register transfer confirmations and assist with requests
• Keep the monthly calendar updated and assist Reservations
• Ensure accurate data collection & reporting

At the Main Office:

• Track and report any bus damages
• Ensure on-time driver departures
• Check hotel logbooks for timely pickups
• Coordinate bus and driver availability
• Perform spot checks and monitor route compliance
• Collaborate with Maintenance to keep buses in top shape
• Support at the Cruise Terminal when needed

General Duties:

• Promote team spirit and open communication
• Lead by example and support company policies
• Be flexible – step in as Bus Driver or Tour Guide when needed
• Comply with annual drug test requirements
• Take on other tasks as assigned
