We are looking for a dynamic and organized Land Rover & UTV Operations Coordinator to support our daily tour operations. If you have experience in tourism or hospitality and strong leadership and coordination skills, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and exciting environment.

Requirements

• Dispatch all AM and PM tours, print and check tour pickup lists, and instruct Tour Guides accordingly

• Ensure customers are picked up on time and transported to the tour starting point

• Communicate with sales agents regarding pickup issues

• Coordinate and oversee Land Rover & UTV operational tasks (e.g., fueling)

• Supervise schedules and coordinate tasks for tour guides and drivers

• Ensure customers receive a proper introductory briefing and that waivers are completed

• Manage F&B inventory and maintain required stock levels

• Control wristband inventory following departmental procedures

• Handle merchandise sales (goggles, water shoes, etc.) and related documentation

• Administer daily checklists including vehicle checks and wash schedules

• Respond to customer inquiries professionally via telephone

• Monitor and control equipment such as fire extinguishers and impact wrenches

• Record information in the Daily Hours Sheet

• Schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance using the department’s system

• Keep the Operations Supervisor informed of ongoing or potential issues

• Act as Supervisor on Duty in the absence of the Operations Supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum M.A.V.O. or equivalent

• Driver’s License D is required

• Must be able to obtain a driver’s permit (minimum age: 25 years old)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry

• Speak and write English, Papiamento and Spanish; Dutch is a plus
