Are you a passionate leader with a background in luxury hospitality or premium transportation? We are seeking an experienced Supervisor VIP Luxury Transfers to oversee our high-end transfer operations and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless, personalized, and first-class experience.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead daily VIP transfer operations, supervise chauffeurs and guest service staff, coordinate schedules, monitor flights and reservations, maintain luxury service standards, and act as the vital link between management and frontline teams. You will also drive continuous improvement, coach employees, and ensure every transfer reflects the highest levels of professionalism and guest satisfaction.

Requirement:

• Minimum H.A.V.O. diploma or equivalent.

• At least 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, ground transportation, or related operations, including supervisory experience.

• Experience with VIP transfers, chauffeured services, or luxury travel preferred.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Dutch, Papiamento, and/or Portuguese is an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude for operational systems and technology
