As a At Your Service (AYS) Coordinator you play a dual role as both a team leader and guest service professional at Secrets Resort Baby Beach. This individual is responsible for supporting the AYS Supervisor by coordinating the AYS team, assisting with scheduling, handling operational tasks, and acting as a key liaison for guest service excellence. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering seamless service experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Support the AYS Supervisor in coordinating day-to-day activities of the AYS team.
• Assist in creating and updating the weekly staff schedule, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service standards and protocols.
• Act as the main guest service coordinator within the AYS department, ensuring prompt, professional assistance for all guest inquiries and requests.
• Handle high-priority or complex guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Promote and book resort services, tours, and excursions tailored to guest preferences.
• Maintain strong knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and ongoing promotions.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing daily and weekly flight manifests.
• Respond to guest emails, phone calls, and internal communication in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guest records, bookings, and special requests are accurately documented and communicated across departments.
• Support reporting efforts and share updates with the AYS Supervisor regularly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the AYS Supervisor or management team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in guest services, hospitality, or hotel operations.
• Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is a strong asset.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages highly desirable.
• Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
