Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and portion guidelines

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment

• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service

• Participate in ongoing training and development

• Comply with the team member handbook and company policies

• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

Requirements

• School diploma or equivalent (Culinary degree is preferred)

• Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience

• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento; Dutch is an asset

• Valid work permit and DVG (green card)

• Own transportation
