We are looking for a Cook 1 to join our team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have a passion for food preparation, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and portion guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal preparation and service
Participate in ongoing training and development
Comply with the team member handbook and company policies
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
Requirements
School diploma or equivalent (Culinary degree is preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Papiamento; Dutch is an asset
Valid work permit and DVG (green card)
Own transportation
Required Skills
Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Punctual and reliable
Basic knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
